Since we have gotten outside the area a bit. I attended a few games while stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso Texas way back in he early 90's. Jones Stadium was built in 1916 and is easily, the most interesting stadium of any kind I have ever visited. http://www.texasbob.com/stadium_h/hof_jonesrr.html

Dorman HS in Roebuck, SC can be seen off to the left of I-26 as you head East outside of Spartanburg. It's a monster campus and the stadium has seating for 11,500 with "bank" overflow that will hold an additional 3K. Been to a few games there. Marvelous facility that a lot of FCS schools would be proud to have.

I think so. The defense is so dominant that we’re winning when shooting 39% from the field against the #4 team in the nation on their home floor. Had we made a few shots that were truly wide open, that game is a blowout. So long as major injuries stay at bay, we should be in fantastic shape moving forward. This team knew “who it was” very early on, and the rotation was almost self-evident by Game #2. The chemistry between the guys is unbelievably strong. We have an inside presence this year, even if it’s more dribble-drive than true post offense. I’d rather not see Michigan State again, but none of the other teams I see really concern me in a tournament setting. These are the good old days.

Defensive & rebounding efforts intensified. Great win tonight against a very athletic Cleveland team. GC has gone 2-1 in games against North Carolina's #1 ranked team, Kentucky's #2 ranked team, and Tennessee's 4th ranked AAA team.

Actually I have noticed as girls get older they tend to get worse in sports. Either burnt out from parents pushing them travel when they were young, finding boys, having social lives, or just lose interest as they mature...
