    I haven't attended a game in over 20 years, but as a Lee Alumn, it was always Gate City for me. Whenever we played, as an immature teenager mind you, it just seemed something always went wrong: untimely penalties, TDs called back, etc etc. Mix that with some of the most obnoxious fans that would come sit on our side! It was a cess pool of hate! Lol

    Look at it from this perspective: Yes one win came in very unfortunate circumstances at Rye Cove, but last weeks win against burton was so back and forth and they DID NOT back down! This is a team that is gaining confidence, experience, and valuable football wisdom. The offensive talent is there. It will take time to build a winner, but it seems if they can continue to improve their technique on the defensive side of the ball, they will win a few more games this year.

    Ty! Hopefully the defense takes a few steps forward. They haven't progressed like the offense has.

    This game is tonight at 7pm at Emory & Henry. It was scheduled after Lee and Eastside mutually agreed not to make up their postponed game. Does anybody know anything about them? I have admittedly never heard of them as they are quite a ways upstate.
