Thoughts on the Clemson QB, pretty Impressive to play in the National Championship game as a true freshman and have that much poise! Still another half left to go but I believe Dabo has a jewel in Lawrence.

I know many of the refs in the SWVA area, and most are not bad.....I feel as they get the short end of the stick because most of them dont suck up and kiss butt to get games like some of the others do. Their is one certain ref that I know lives in the Tri Cities area that has a game at least 3 to 4 games a week and he is no better than any in this area, but who am I? It takes alot to go out and ref basketball games and I'm not stupid enough to go out and get screamed at all night long!!

7-10 good refs? Heck I dont think I have seen that many good refs in the state in basketball!

Thacker not on the list at all blows my mind, and Fiser not being first team RB is beyond me. Both had excellent seasons!!!

Cvetnich is a senior this year....watched her play the other night against Gate City and she ended with a double double.....played pretty decent!

Unfortunate situation for this kid. Torn ACL, second year in a row for the Bears starting center! I want to wish Wes the best of luck in whatever he chooses to do and for a quick and speedy recovery!! I hate to see any kid, from any team injured!

Very true.....very hard to watch.......especially when half of them dont even know the rules.

What's everyone's thoughts of the referees? Looked like the damn 3 stooges.....they were terrible both ways.......I've seen some pictures from the ballgame that a jump ball was called and the players were absolutely murdering each other. Definitely not the 3 you need in a game that you know is gonna be chippy from the start!!!

Not taking nothing away from any kid, but how do you select 20+ kids for all district honors? That is absurd.......pick 13-15 and be done.......seems like if you started this year and played any you made 1st or 2nd team all district. Definitely not what it used to be.

Since all teams are done from the M7 and Cumberland District, has the All-District teams been selected and player of the year in each district?

Who do you see getting the Gate City coaching job and do you think it is possible for the to return to dominance like they were in the past?
