Its not just Football . Riverheads will struggle in all the other sports . The football program is special , that is where the conversation ends . JMO

It's a long season and I know everything has to go your way . Stay healthy , have weather that works against your opponent , and zebras that don't wear glasses. If you get that and a little luck in the playoffs you may have a chance to raise the trophy . That being said , should be a heck of a post season . As long as all the kids stay healthy I don't care who wins , but I do bleed RED . I'm not to fond of CROW . lol

The young guys on the RED TEAM are growing up fast ! With CCC out it forced them to carry the load and now it the rewards are coming . IF THEY STAY HEALTHY ? , look for them in Salem . Impressive job by the coaches and players ! Look out SWVA there is a new kid on Block 2A CHAMP STREET .

I agree that Riverheads if healthy should be one the last four standing . Coaching could be the main factor in how they do vs 2A playoff teams . If they make the playoffs ?

Draft looks to be a shell of their previous teams . The RED TEAM needs to stay healthy ! If any team has a chance to give Riverheads a LOSS, the earlier in the season the better chance they have. Once well oiled they are hard to handle .

Riverheads by 4 scores ! Triple C stays healthy? , After they beat Central Woodstock ? They could win out . JMO , but I have watched them the past 28 years and this bunch looks really good . CCC is only the 2nd D1 player to play for the Gladiators . Big Mike play 4 years at Pittsburg as a lineman . The Dogs will move the ball in the air but and you know what they say, When you pass the ball 3 things can happen and 2 of them are bad. Best of luck to both teams !

I look for CCC to transfer to a bigger school next season . Scouts won't find him in Greenville .

I think CCC would make a decent QB . Most High School Q Bs are the best player on the team . Who knows ? Maybe he plays that position as a senior ?

You are correct . Once UVA offers him all others will also . Remember he is a Jr. I would love to see him play at VT , but he needs to go where the $ is . JMO

20 is not his brother . He has a broken thumb suffered a couple games ago . CCC will have to miss wrestling but will be back for football next season .

Most are unaware of how banged up CCC was in this game . When next season starts we should see a healthy young man with the spotlight on him .

Cook Cash is the best player Riverheads has had at least going back to the 70s . Riverheads did not play that well and still dominated . He has been playing maybe @ 75 % for most of the season . After the LB game he played sparingly on one side of the ball . He was on D in the playoffs only part time . When he returns this fall the 2A teams will get a taste of what this young man can do . His talent has yet to shine . He will be something to watch when he plays at the next level . jmo
