Emory 7 on 7 is next Thursday June 30.

Teams can officially start Two A Days on Thursday July 28th this year.

It will start in 2017 when the new cycle comes around. I also believe that in 2017 we will start 4 year cycles instead of 2. I may be wrong about that but I thought I read it somewhere.

It's hard to run the ball with 7 and 8 people in the box. The one thing Richlands and Bluefield fans can remember is at the end of the game when Richlands needed to run the ball at the end of the game to run time off of the clock they did.
