Actually it's East vs West and game time is 5:30 tomorrow 6-23. The game is being played at Shupe Field, The JJ Kelly field.

I understand this game is at UVA-Wise on the 23rd of June if anyone is interested in watching some local graduated seniors play one more time at the high school level. Not sure about game time yet. If anybody has more information, game time, rosters etc. please elaborate. My son, Joe Blevins has been invited and I'm looking forward to watching him play one last time.

Just checking if anyone has a bracket for next weeks tourney. I know Chilhowie has a 1 seed and Patrick Henry a 2 seed with Holston a 3 seed. This weather has sure wrecked havoc with district tourneys in baseball and softball alike.

Looking like a interesting match-up this coming week. Should not be a shortage of rushing yards looking at stats. What's everyone got on this game. I look for a high scoring affair.

Congratulations to Chilhowie and Marion for winning there respective Regional Volleyball titles. Chilhowie's only defeats so far have to defending state 2A champs Marion. Great work ladies. #makingsmythecoproud

Very little discussion on this matchup. I know Region D 1A is weak but should be a good game between #1 and #2 teams. What's everyones thoughts? I think the Warriors pull this one out due to tougher schedule........35-17 Anyone else care to elaborate????

I would say ya'll are right. It's a intense county rivalry and means bragging rites in our small community. I still don't believe as intense as years past. I look for a tight game with it being played out to the last second. I just hope both team come out injury free with the hopes of a successful season for both teams and by the way "GO Warriors"

Should be a good game at Chilhowie this afternoon with Fort Chiswell coming to Warrior Field. Both teams are fairing well so far this season and we should see a good game. Great afternoon for baseball.

Here we are close to 3 weeks into the season and to say the least things are dead. Their have been some surprises and great individual feats so far but no one is reporting anything. PH is having a great start and Chilhowie is doing well also. Abingdon is probably the class of SWVA as for what I've read so far. I hope it gets cranked up and more people will start contributing info and we can have some clean spirited discussions.
