@  Ryan4VT : (30 October 2014 - 01:17 PM) Get your picks in TODAY!!! We have several games that play tonight. So I have to lock the pick 'em at 7 tonight!!!
@  Bearcat Bob : (28 October 2014 - 05:07 PM) I am sure the game Big Ben had nothing at all to do with the let down...Indy's stadium is loud...Eagles' fans are the worst...St. Louis has the nicest fans...Pittsburgh has the most RINGS...!
@  GMan : (28 October 2014 - 02:18 PM) Just remember, folks...is is what it is, until it isn't...
@  Ryan4VT : (28 October 2014 - 02:01 PM) When I went to Indy in Jan, I was around a bunch of KC fans, and I didn't observe ANY of the crap that I saw at Pitt. I actually sat beside a KC fan and we had fun the whole game. Not saying it doesn't happen. But I didn't see it either in the stadium nor walking back to my car. Also, on a side note, Indy's fans were 4 times as loud the entire game than it ever got in Pittsburgh. I was expecting a whole lot more than that. Kind of a let down.
@  Bearcat Bob : (28 October 2014 - 12:57 PM) Steelers fans are GREAT...if you are a Steelers fan...not so much for the visiting team's fans. They are not that much different than any other set of fans. I have been to 11 NFL stadiums and have observed some incredibly rude/crude behavior in all of them directed at fans of the opposition. I do have to agree with UVAO about the city though: it is really atrocious. It is almost as bad as Detroit, or any other northern Iron Belt city for that matter.
@  UVAObserver : (27 October 2014 - 08:52 PM) Yeah, Pittsburgh is my least-favorite place on Earth that I've actually visited. The city itself bears a startling resemblance to an unorganized landfill. Heinz Field has the worst architectural design imaginable for an NFL stadium; the farthest seats can be measured in tenths of miles away from the field. And the fans make Philadelphia fans look like a cross between George Bailey and Mr. Rogers.
@  Ryan4VT : (27 October 2014 - 08:28 PM) UVAO has been there as well. He agrees. Seemingly everyone I've talked to since last night who has ever been there agrees with me that they are truly terrible fans. I didn't see any of that when I went to Indy last year. Every Chiefs fan I saw was treated nice.
@  hokiebird7 : (27 October 2014 - 08:16 PM) Ive been to Pittsburgh when my team played there and I feel your pain Ryan....they are total A**holes
@  Ryan4VT : (27 October 2014 - 05:35 PM) And I was threatened, belittled, and heckled…first hand. I'll never step foot back in that city again. Ever.
@  Ryan4VT : (27 October 2014 - 05:35 PM) I was in Pittsburgh last night. I watched it first-hand.
@  legend11 : (26 October 2014 - 11:22 PM) Ha, yikes. That intentional grounding safety was an odd turn of events.
@  hokiebird7 : (26 October 2014 - 11:14 PM) Really got interesting now with that fumble and an 8 pt lead for Pittsburgh and Indy getting ball it seems
@  legend11 : (26 October 2014 - 11:02 PM) Ryan, I assume you have this Indy game on? Two TDs in 63 seconds to get it back to one possession. This just got real fun.
@  BHS03 : (26 October 2014 - 03:57 PM) Thanks for the clarification. I had just turned it on when that was going down and didn't realize the clock would have been running
@  UVAObserver : (26 October 2014 - 03:07 PM) I get the logic in declining it. If you accept the penalty, UNC gets to run the clock down to virtually nothing. Single-handedly losing the 2012 VT game would have warranted immediate dismissal.
@  BHS03 : (26 October 2014 - 02:59 AM) London declined the penalty that would have made it 4th and 6 for UNC. He should be fired for that alone
@  trublue : (25 October 2014 - 11:01 PM) Devon Johnson/Richlands/Marshall 4 TD's today and sets a school single game rushing record of 272 yds
@  UVAObserver : (25 October 2014 - 08:55 PM) My Jeep broke down literally 50 feet from my parking spot in Charlottesville. I had to walk 2 miles from the garage to the game. I had to watch that game. I had to walk 2 miles back. And I'm waiting on my wife, who drove up here, to get to me. Eff this day.
@  Beamerball : (25 October 2014 - 08:19 PM) Devon Johnson crossed the 1000 yard mark in the 1st qt.
@  hokiebird7 : (25 October 2014 - 08:06 PM) Someone on TSL said that VT and Uva's programs are becoming Kansas St and Kansas of the 80's and I think he was right
