I'm just going to throw some out there that I know of and if anyone knows more or wants to add to mine that would be great. Richlands,Greg Mance. Thad Wells, Blacksburg HS football head coach, played and coached under Mance in football. Jarrod Sparks, Lebanon HS baseball head coach, played under Mance in football and baseball. Timmy Brown, Lebanon HS baseball asst. coach, played under Mance in football. I know there has to be more around here that would be interesting. sixcat 2,919 Report Share Posted March 18, 2015 I am only posting this because of the irony and sheer humor. Tom Hale has had an impressive tree of assistant coaches for such a terrible head coach. H.S. Ingo - took George Wythe to a state title. Mark Dixon - has built Galax into a perennial contender. Shane Allen - is in the process of rebuilding the tradition at Tazewell. Eddie Sloss - has a very young team at Carroll County. By all accounts, he is a very good coach. Brandon Harner - hasn't missed a beat at George Wythe since taking over for Ingo.
