No excuse at all for those kids having to spend 8+ hours on a bus in a day to play baseball or volleyball when theres 10+ schools the relatively same size within an hour and a half drive. Its lunacy. And for that matter, why not put Grayson Co in the Three Rivers, since it looks like they are trying to align districts by class before geography. SW_VA_boy 492 Report Share Posted August 14, 2016 Narrows going there by request. Administration obviously failed geography in their school years. Auburn going to MED by request. Was a original MED school when it broke up in 1994 to form Three Rivers. Grayson Co. was supposed to go to the Three Rivers when it formed in 94 but played the travel and original MED member cards when it was Independence and Fries before they consolidated in the late 80s and stayed in the MED as Grayson.
