McClung will score 42 himself against Graham, if they meet.

He won’t break 40.  It’ll likely be McClung and Ervin scoring 90% of the points, like tonight.  GC will probably get into the mid-60s.  McClung will likely score 35 or so, Ervin will get low 20s.  Dean may get 5-7.

I actually agree.  This will be a very physical game and mid 60s will win it.  I hope the refs let the kids play and don't call it real tight.  As much as Mac drives and Graham leans on their defense, strength against strength.  Going to be a good one I believe.

If he doesn't score 40, it'll be 39. Graham hasn't played a player half as good as he is.

Obviously, he’s the best player Graham, or anyone in SWVA, has played this season.  He’s got a great argument to being the best player in SWVA history.  But don’t sleep on Graham’s D: they don’t get the credit they deserve.

If I was betting I’d say GC wins mid 70’s to low 50’s.

If I was doing prop bets and the line was McClung 40 points I’d take the over.  Dalton can’t keep from bodying up when athletic kids drive on him so he will be sitting for 80% of the game allowing Mac to score at the rim whenever he wants. Also even if they deny it, it seems like the records are pretty important and if he averages 40+ he’ll break it even if they fall short of the state championship game.

Mac 42 - Ervin 20 - Dean 12 - the rest 0-5

He's scored 39 or more in 9 of his last 10. One of those is Cleveland. I would just be surprised if he doesn't hit that mark, given how he's performed all season.

This sounds spot on to me.

Very stingy defense. I agree to that. Is the offense always that lackluster? I was only impressed by the big fella for Graham tonight. The kid can do it all, seems like he has to. Not sure what’s up with GC, that’s 3 bad games in row for us. We are going to have to wake up before 8pm tomorrow.

GC has definitely started slowly the last three games...Last complete game they played was against Cleveland. I think the main culprits are other teams spreading the floor, playing tempo, and not allowing the Devils to get into transition. The other reason is that for the last several games, including this one, Ervin gets out to a slow start. I expect Graham will control tempo and spread the floor also, which is very effective one they have a lead. Graham has fine outside shooters also and Lord knows GC gives opponents wide open looks all night. Should prove to be a relatively low scoring game and for that reason, I don't expect McClung to score 40. He's gonna need some help for GC to prevail.
