You heard it from me first it will start in 3 years and they will take over the mt 7 in football, baseball, and basketball.

I'm calling it now, as the last HOO-RAH for Richlands' coach, I fully expect a show. If things aren't going his way, he will make it all about him, Bob Knight style. He will want to go out remembered and talked about for years to come. Lights, Camera...Action! Get to the Armory early and get your popcorn!

Game is rescheduled to February 10th.

I believe the Union final was a 72-42 victory over Wise. Both teams, GC and Union, play a smothering, physical defense so I wouldn't be shocked if the next meeting is a very low scoring, grind it out affair. Union has the best player and seems to be a tad more consistent on offense but I wouldn't count GC out. Don't be surprised if a ton of free throws are shot and the teams get calmed down by the officials at some point. Not in any way of malice or ill intent, just purely physical smothering defense.
