It's game day🏈💪🌧 Only weeks ago we was talkin about the Bears using these games are scrimmages for next season... And look at where we are today, playing for chance to go to state✨🏈 I just want to say I'm proud of the Union bears for what they've done through this situation with covid-19. I think coach Turner and his staff will put the best game plan together today to give us a shot to win ( just look what they've done the last 2 weeks for us) The union fans will have to do their part today and be the 12th man making lots of noise, Bells, Train horns 🚂🚃 and more🌧 Go BEARS🤞🏈

I will have to agree with you 100% on your post....If Union can play with them hand & hand and stay away from the BIG PLAY they have a great chance in winning this game...I think the weather plays a factor in this game also, A wet sloppy field will slow a fast Appomattox down some.... And last the Union fan base will have to be the 12th man in showing the Bears we got the backs!!!👍💪🏈 By showing how LOUD we can cheer them on with Bells, Train Horns and all.. GO BEARS🏈

I'm not referring to any other conversation that people have posted the last couple of weeks but I do have a couple of shoutouts #1 I wanna give a shoutout to JONES #44 for all the tremendous work and the team member he has been to help Union move on to the playoffs. #2 A big thanks to UNION'S HAMMER for bringing the train horn on the road tonight. I'm sure you got the Union crowd fired up and helped to cheer on the bears. #3 Congrats to the entire team...you are all powerhouses to be reckoned with Like I've said Southwest VA's football is unbelievable and I'm glad we can be a part of it.

Since we're on the subject, Jones will put his nose in and do the dirty work that other kids won't!!! So as far as YOU making him run his "go nads" off...at least he has enough of em to do the job he's put in to do. Well said my friend... Coach Turner needs to play his true starters this time to make sure he has all the kinks worked out. I feel he has players that can play both ways but he wants to figure out which players he can plug in to help out in certain situations. Go BEARS!!!

I feel tonight's game with Abingdon will show if we can play 💪 Big Boy football this year!! I hope Union can stay focused and disciplined throughout the game, My thoughts on game is they're going to have to play a perfect game to beat Abingdon. What's everybody's thoughts on the game??

Union is heading John Battle Saturday... Just my thoughts on the game is Union will be looking at kids at different positions again looking for the best options going forward. John Battle will be no push over by no means! The defense for Union has looked good but somewhat exposed on the quick out passes against Gate City. They are work to be done on both sides of the ball for Union. Safe travels to everyone going to John Battle! GO BEARS*** What's everyone's thoughts on this?

In my opinion I think Union has no problem playing in this type of weather... But field conditions can be an issue later in the season! How does everybody else feel about their High School going in the season?

1st things 1st...I want to thank whoever posted the video!!!! THIS IS GREAT STUFF, I LOVE THE TRAIN HORN!!!! But on this play with the video is showing...its nothing to do with the horn being LOUD during the play.. The offense is taking the time to see if the coach wants to audible out of the play after he see how the defense set up.

Well I want to go head and put my 2-cents on this match up between UNION & GMEN... But 1st I want to give EVERYONE a shoutout for all the posting everyone his done on this game!!! This just shows what game is important this week👍😁🏈 For the game going forward am not sure if UNION can pull this off or not...My thought is, this game will not be no blowout by eather side... Travis Turner will have a good plan to keep us in it.. It will be up to the UNION player's to make that happen...like I said many times this year...We don't blow know one out...BUT WE DO MAKE EVERYBODY PLAY SMASH MOUTH FOOTBALL WITH US..🏈💥🙌
