  1. They still ended up scoring, but in a big game, this could cost them big time.
  2. Tazewell Driving, fumbles picked up by Clements from Graham and returned for a td, senseless penalty from Graham negates the td, Graham has the ball at midfield.
  3. Richlands isn't playing in Tazewell tonight.
  4. The strawberry ones suck, but ok....that'll be 3 owed to me.
  5. Good Grief, who let the kids in the adult room?
  6. It's one of those game-time decision type deals, I hear. He has been nursing a shoulder injury all week. Not sure if will be able to go or not. Would love to see him able to play tonight, but at the same time, he needs to make sure he heals up properly
  7. This is the WarHawk Bowl!! Shake Rag forever!!
  8. I'll go with Union 35 Richlands 21.
  9. New Mexican restaurant up by the DMV also. Of course you have the usuals, McDonalds, Hardees, Wendy's, Sonic, KFC / Pizza Hut.
  10. Yes, I seriously under-estimated Bluefield. The QB made some great plays under a lot of pressure, he has nerves of steel. I plan to watch them against Pulaski next week (Thursday night game). Pulaski beat Northside 43-0, so they appear to be improved as well.
  11. If Giles plays Thursday, I may have to make a trip to Giles on Thursday night...
  12. I believe the line play for Graham is what will set them apart. Tazewell is a good team, most likely a playoff caliber team. Not sure if they can get by the G-men, but I thought Graham would roll Bluefield too. Graham looked impressive in the first half, but was lucky to get out of Mitchell stadium victorious with that 2nd half performance By the end of the season, I am hoping that the Bulldogs advance in the playoffs. I have confidence that the dogs will have a great year. As I stated early in the season 7-3 with the schedule they have and a first round win would be huge for them to build confidence going forward. The numbers are up and things are looking up. Come playoff time (barring injury, of course) they will be a dangerous team to face, lots of athletes, but some new faces that need to learn their positions. They will be fine.
  13. Dangit, they found me. Now I've got to hide again. They'll get no child support from me!!
  14. Nice Article on the Graham Bluefield game. https://www.lootpress.com/prep-football-bluefield-comeback-falls-short-as-g-men-outlast-beavers/?fbclid=IwAR353LEENRt1JfRPEDAimSY-hI0P2sE_ktsxBVGnKnLbtqI0UGuugSqLm14
  15. Tazewell has improved for sure. Graham's pass defense is suspect. Hopefully Creasy will be back and at 100%. Tazewell could make it interesting, they have several athletes. Last week I would have said Graham by 3 or 4 touchdowns. This week, I would say it could be a good ballgame, especially if Graham continues the personal fouls and penalties. Seems as if Graham is their own worst enemy at the beginning of each season. They definitely need to clean some things up. Although Graham did throw a td pass, they seemed awfully one dimensional, especially in the 2nd half. They have got to get the ball to those receivers in space, Bluefield was very creative in getting the ball to their playmaker, the O.C. for Graham should take notes
  16. Very much so. He made some good throws under pressure, a few times as he was getting hit. He showed a lot of poise.
  17. and Claiborne did not play in the first half at all.
  18. I seriously underestimated Bluefield, they have a very good team. They never gave up, hats off to them.
  19. Any word on Creasy? I've heard a bruised shoulder, I've heard broken Collar bone? Hope that young man is o.k.
