I think I’m more pessimistic than most on Southern Gap. I see their peak being more of a Virginia High (of late) type of program. I think most years they are going to be comparable to Lee.

Union has agreed to a 2027/2028 home and home with William Fleming. The TW and Burton rumors couldn’t be more false. MASSIVE step up in competition.

In all fairness though, the team that started the “wait till they get there” jokes at central whooped us pretty good a couple times.

Same old story. Last year they lose to Battle and then Beat Abingdon in I believe back to back weeks. Expect more of the same. They won’t have anything for Union/Ridgeview/Gate City and most likely Abingdon.

They’ll be right there. I still think depth will still be enough of an issue to keep them away from consistently competing for the M7 and 2D this year.

Look for Ridgeview to contend in Region D aswell. Harless will make a difference immediately, but after the last couple years, when Union travels to Ridgeview and all of Dickenson County is waiting, it’s gonna be a battle.
