That’s amazing that JIB has gone so far down.  It wasn’t too long ago that they were the premier team for a few years in the old LPD.
JIB and Richlands fall have been amazing to me.  I’d say Richlands will be back eventually but Norton will be hard pressed . Especially with 2 solid Class 2 programs less than 10 minutes away. 
(I know they aren’t that good this year, but Central should be average to solid each year.)

Not an excuse but I’ve heard the flu and COVID may be going through the halls this week. 

Well, the offensive creativity is now at Castlewood and Honaker.  You are seeing how much three college level WRs/ playmakers covered up some pretty uninspired play calling last year.
Best thing they can do to help the QB is to turn Scanlon into Gronk via play action fakes.  Develop a more creative screen game and, I’ve been screaming this for four years now…..throw the damn comeback!!

I was critical of RV fans last night for their behavior and this is no better from adults in the BSG area. Yes the RV kid shouldn’t have done what he did, but it doesn’t need a film breakdown and the whole area trying to get WCYB as has been tagged to do a full scale investigation.  
Some extra push-ups and wind sprints after practice on Monday will do. 

I don’t think so.  I’d say getting the equipment up there would be difficult.  The road and round about at the entrance to the school would be difficult for an 18 wheeler. But yeah with drone views looking at Pine Mountain would be spectacular.

I thought RV played a great game considering how undermanned we were.  This team will grow but I see a second round exit from the p,ayoffs this year.  Which is very good considering what was lost to graduation last year.  
Our fans are great, but some of you need to calm the _ _ _ _ down.  Union was not holding on every play and jumping offsides every play.  The better team won tonight. And don’t yell at the other side when a kid is hurt, when you’ve been trash talking a player the entire game from the stands because you’re 40 and sound like a jack a$$.
O’Quinn played a good game but the interception in the 1st qtr was a bad decision.  I’m wondering if he may be on the field too much.  Qb is his top responsibility. (Except according to a few fans who wanted him benched tonight). I’m still waiting for their explanation on that one.

Knoxville area is good, but Middle Tennessee high school ball is next level good! Mid State is a recruiting hot bed and will be for many more years to come!

After watching the game tonight, I’ll say first prayers to the Hackney kid. But it was right in front of where I was sitting and he was crawling and screaming in pain.  
RV has a good team with a QB that is getting a lot better. His accuracy has increased by a lot. The pack has a decent core of receivers and what appears to be a solid running game.  The defense was lights out.  8-2 is the worse I can see this team going in the regular season and a 10-0 season is not an unrealistic hope.  Especially with only 2 games that are toss ups. At Union and last game at home with Gate City.

Why in the world did they go to the spread?  The winged T was working great for them?  

I haven’t seen them play yet. So I don’t know what to expect but will be able to say more after tomorrow night. With regards to athletes, Haysi and Clintwood always had good athletes so that is not surprising. 
The schedule this year is fairly weak. I think taking Bluefield off the schedule was a terrible mistake. Playing them would tell you exactly where you stood going into the playoffs.
