  1. Semi-Finals: Friday 9:30am: #2 Tug Valley VS #3 Wyoming East Friday 1:00pm: #1 Bluefield VS #4 Tolsia Winners play in the state championship game on Saturday at noon Jacob Copley from Tolsia scored 40 of their 67 points. Rest of team shot a combined total of 5-27 (18%) If Bluefield can control Copley, then they will have a date at noon come Saturday.
  2. After the 3rd overtime Tolsia pulls off the win: Tolsia: 67 Magnolia: 59
  3. Headed to triple OT: This game is pretty wild. Magnolia down by 4 with 40 seconds to go and they find a way to send the game into a third overtime. Tied at 57
  4. Going into double OT right now Tolsia- 46 Magnolia- 46
  5. Hokie07, you going up for any of the games?
  6. With 26 year old Jacob Tamme on the roster, letting go of Dallas Clark is a very smart move.
  7. Looking forward to making the trip upstate. It's been long overdue for three years now. Just hope we can bring the title back this time.
  8. Not to mention my birthday is on St. Patricks Day :D. So i'll be out of commission from the live draft...I'll be sure to set my pre-draft rankings.
  9. Anyway we can change the draft date to a different day? I figure most people will be occupied on the 17th (St. Patricks Day, and the WV championship bball games)
  10. That's my birthday. Hopefully we will get to plan a trip and enjoy St. Pattys day and bring a title home that day.
  11. #1 Bluefield dominate 2nd half to defeat #2 Wyoming East Bluefield led 37-34 going into half. Final Score: Bluefield: 73 Wyoming East: 53

  13. Very upset about this....Oh well, looks like we need to start fresh with a new manager and no Pujols...
  14. Would be a very good choice. Lenovo computers are very reliable (life wise) and they have recently been introduced to many retail stores. Not a fan. As a certified technician for the past 2 years i've noticed that atleast 70-75% of the computers brought in for us to fix are DELL However, my mom really enjoys her Dell laptop. It's hard to tell what your really getting when you buy a computer anymore. Hell, they can last for 10 years or they can last for 2 days. I'm the same way. I would love to purchase a Macbook Pro, however the $1000+ price tag keeps me away. I understand what you mean on how to operate it. I was confused as hell when I first messed with one, but after a few hours you get the hang of it. I prefer Mac, but honestly, it's all about what you're using it for. I've sold computers for the past 3 years of my life, and for the majority of the customers I would NOT recommend a Mac. Why? Mainly because it seems like 80% of them are only using it for browsing the internet, downloading music, and storing pictures. There's no reason for me to recommend a $1200 laptop to these types of customers, they don't need it. Plus they would be utterly confused on how to use it. I'll be enjoying my PC for the next year, but when time for grad school arrives, I'll be upgrading to a MacBook Pro. As for which one you should get, that's up to you brother. Just ask yourself what your really going to be using it for, and if you think spending twice the $$ on one is worth it.
  15. ^ Agreed! Tiger will never have the type of play when he was in his prime. I do however think he will make a comeback and remain one of the top players in the world over the next 10 years. He WILL break Nicklaus all time major record.
  16. Happy thanksgiving everyone! Safe travels for all! Family, food, and football. It's going to be a great day!
  17. I agree....But I don't think it will happen
  18. Figure i'll share a deal or two I find online. If anyone wants a small flatscreen tv for the bathroom, kitchen, etc.. Best Buy has a great deal. Dynex 24inch LCD 1080p for $79.99 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dynex%26%23153%3B+-+24%26%2334%3B+Class+/+LCD+/+1080p+/+60Hz+/+HDTV/2970158.p?id=1218367940239&skuId=2970158&st=2970158&cp=1&lp=1 Should go live at Midnight tonight. (Is what the rumor is) Here's the link showing where it will be $79.99. http://www.bestbuy.com/onlineonly It's not a great tv but for the price, it's a steal.
  19. I've had to work retail the past 3 years, ugh...Somehow I lucked up this year and got the morning off. I think I might go out and grab a few deals. However, most stuff I will be purchasing online.
  20. Many of us have been in this same situation. I was overweight in high school but shortly after graduating I knew I had to change my eating habits. Ever since then i've sort of become a semi health freak. My advice would be to start running a few days a week. Also throw in some weightlifting in you can, both will pep up your metabolism. Once you get in a nice groove of working out it can help motivate you to eat healthier. Plus working out will really change the way you act and feel. I've gone through a few tough times of depression, and can honestly say working out has been the best recovery method to a happier life. The diet is the key to losing weight. I diet year around, but I don't call it a diet. I try to eat "clean" most of the time, but I do indulge when I go out to eat a few times a week. Eating every 3-4 hours of the day can really boost your metabolism. NOTE: BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL YOU NEED TO EAT! Many people skip breakfast, but eating breakfast will control the desire to overeat later in the day, not to mention rev up your metabolism. My day of eating normally looks like this: 6:30am: 500 Calories 10:00am: 300 Calories 1:00pm: 450 Calories 5:00pm: 550 Calories 8:00pm: 250 Calories I know ^ can be difficult due to scheduling issues, however there's many healthy snacks and drinks you can keep on hand throughout the day.
