Who won the lebanon/graham game in O/T? my NFHS feed quit. This is the first bb game I've watched this year. First let me say, Ty Martin for Graham, WOW!!! To be be a sophomore he definitely will leave a mark on Graham basketball. Nothing about the word "squander" has a good meaning. In the 4th QTR up by 11 pts. Lebanon did that. Turnovers, not running some clock, driving to the basket and not setting up plays for the open shot led to the O/T. I now see they lost in O/T.

Coach Mance has an innate ability to know where to place each player to get the maximum for his team.

Mance to return for another year Despite speculation and conversations about his potential retirement, Loris football head coach Greg Mance confirmed to MyHorryNews on Friday, Jan. 9, that he would be returning as the team's coach in 2026. It is expected that Mance will coach the Lions for, at minimum, at least the next two seasons. Going with the Bears. These boys have lived in drama and on adrenaline for the last 2 weeks. Playing a game will be like "busting bubble wrap." Believe it will be a shootout for Glenvar, and punching, punching the middle and outside for the Bears. I'm looking forward to watching #5. That little fella is a "trench digger" for the Bears.

Carrollton High School, GA plays North Gwinnett tonight at 7:30 on NFHS. Carrollton shocked (at least I thought so) Grayson High School last Friday night, who was ranked as #1 in the nation by 3 different polls. Having family who graduated from Grayson, I was pulling for Grayson. I have family who lives in the North Gwinnett School zone, so I'm going to tune in this game and hoping North Gwinnett can pull a shocker.

FINAL Oceanside Collegiate Academy 28 Belton-Honea Path HS 7 OCA with their 4th consecutive state championship Some thoughts on this game. For OCA it appeared maybe 150 fans in the stands. Comparing the fanbase to public high schools championship games I've seen and watched, NO COMPARISON. OCA's program shows its a charter school, and not a high school community school. OCA with success... yes, skilled athletes... yes, but with a small fanbase it has a hollow sound to the win. Charter schools can build a program. Most public high schools birth a program. World of difference.
