Tazewell played a good football team today and gave the best effort they could. Congrats to Union on a hard fought win. Their game with Graham should be a great game. Good luck to both teams.
No one is putting down the kids from Blacksburg. They are putting down the coaches and administrators at Blacksburg who indeed are cowards. Two times in 3 years they've pulled this stunt.

You said the words "kids from Blacksburg." I could be wrong, but I have read a grand total of zero times, any poster on this board putting down the KIDS of Blacksburg. There's a gigantic in the Kids at Blacksburg and the administrators/AD at Blacksburg. I've been critical of the AD/Coach/Administration of Blacksburg like a few others on here, but ain't the same as the kids/players.
You think the players on Blacksburg's team are not hurt by the comments made by people on here. I think they are, no matter who you're talking about. Just maybe they've heard about the comments or read them.
Blacksburg supposedly had 40ish on their roster. Bland County played numerous games with like 14 or 15 kids. They canceled one game because they only had 11 to play. Blacksburg had 29ish out injured/sick, sure they did.
It’s a fact Jack, if Blacksburg only had 11 in soccer and the rest were injured/sick , those 11 would play the entire time before forfeiting a soccer game.
I'm sure the Blacksburg players wished they were as good as the all world Graham Gmen. Why must you keep putting down the kids from Blacksburg.

We Giles people know we aren’t good. We also don’t post about how great our offense is when we can’t even score more than 13 total points against teams with a winning record.

Real Sasq, I'm with you. Had Dogs at 7-3 with losses to Graham, Red Team, and Princeton. All 3 losses would be considered "high level" or "next level" against incredibly good teams. The thing for Tazewell in these losses and other losses over the years against the Grahams and Bluefields, they get dominated on the LOS. Tazewell needs one of these "high level" "elite level" wins and they just can't get it yet. Hopefully, the Dogs can get one of these high levels wins sooner rather than later to "break through" and take it to the next level.
P.S Kudos to the Tazewell crowd and people of T-Town. You guys and gals support the he"" out of your team and show up. Huge crowd for Tazewell at Mitchell last night by the looks of NFHS.

Didn’t Graham turn the ball over twice inside the redzone? So they could’ve actually put up 60 points had it not been for those mistakes. I’m not saying Tazewell has a bad team but they’ve only played 3 teams with a winning record and have been outscored 126-13 against those teams.
How many games has your team won this year? I wouldn't be talking about Tazewell's team if I was a Giles fan.

We may have lost two games but both of those teams are top notched and will go far in the playoffs . Did we play well , no . Will we beat Graham , according to the majority on here who have seen Tazewell play and even those who have no clue how good Tazewell is probably not . One thing I will guarantee, these young men will show up and give 150%. They will represent Tazewell well , they will shake hands after the game , and wish Graham good luck the rest of the season ……and as a father of one of the players, who I know will give 200%, I will back them win or lose .

If I were you I'd hope Creasy will not be on the field for 4 quarters after the way he threw all those touchdown passes against Giles on Thursday night. It takes more than 1 player to win a football game. Could be Graham/Could be Tazewell or it could end up a tie game.

We’ve been reading all these posts, sounds like some of the “Union experts” already have the Championship Trophy in the Trophy Case.
As for all these wishful IFs, as Uncle Percy reminds us from time to time, “If a Bullfrog had wings, it wouldn’t kick itself in the arse every time it jumped”.
