swvasport_7 Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 I don't think anyone has posted anything about this yet..if so just delete it. But the man who did the shooting, Peter Odighizuwa...this is his son. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Owamagbe-Odighizuwa-91872 When I was in 3rd grade at Vansant he was in 4th, I remember his first name for some reason haha. WaveFan09 Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 WOW, i remember him...a Vansant Viking more than likely going to be playing for the USC Trojans... Quote
Lance Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 would have been nice to see what he would have done at Grundy...but, probably best for him he got out of here...looks like he has a good thing going as it is...I'm sure he's not had an easy time with everything that happened. Quote

Man they really left their past behind, going all the way to Oregon. Can't say as I blame them tho. Quote

I doubt he would have even played football if he would have stayed in Grundy, I wish him the best. I'd say he had one hard time getting to where he is now. Quote

I looked him up on several sites, and I only found one that even mentioned him ever living in Virginia. Quote
Lance Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 yeah i saw one that talked about the different places he lived...mentioned Virginia...no mention of his father anyhwere though...i'm sure that will come out at some point. Quote

Best thing for him, for a multitude of reasons. Crazy that he may be a USC Trojan when all's said and done. Quote
GMan Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Too bad USC is going to get slapped with sanctions as soon as Pete takes the Seahawks job... Quote
swvasport_7 Posted January 9, 2010 Author Report Posted January 9, 2010 I doubt he will go to USC since Pete will be out of there. I'd say he will either go to Oregon, UF, Nebraska. Quote
Lance Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 USC is very high profile...they will bring in another big name if not bigger. The Lakers and USC run L.A. and Hollywood...two best jobs in town. Quote
blueinbama Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Too bad USC is going to get slapped with sanctions as soon as Pete takes the Seahawks job... This is the reason it might be difficult for USC to get a high profile coach. If the sanctions are as serious as they appear, this could be a coaching graveyard for several years, depending on the severity of the penalties...and depending on whether or not this media darling is penalized at all. swvasport_7 Posted January 9, 2010 Author Report Posted January 9, 2010 Owamagbe played in the Army All-American game today on NBC, he was number 22 on defense for the West. I saw him get in on a few tackles, he still hasant made a desicon or even gave out a favorite..just a top 7. Quote
