One should never count their chickens until they hatch. You have to win this week Graham would have to win and you would have to then beat Graham to be able to host Radford or beat union if they beat Graham. That is a lot of ifs.

And Appomattox will beat Radford because they dont have two of the starting running backs they started the season with. Appomattox should win Region C easily.

You seem rather confident. No one in C or D is getting by Appomattox. Appomattox may even win it in Class 2 for the 4th time in 5 seasons. I will likely see them in December in Salem.

No one in 1D or 1C is getting by Galax. I will be watching Galax and Riverheads at Salem this December.

Im a Graham fan and disagree. We aren't the same as Richland's and Union who has played them a couple of times in the past 4-5 years. Graham is athletic and a history of doing pretty dang good in state semi games against the Lynchburg area schools over the years..  If Graham gets that far and wins the region , I can assure you there is no fear for Appo. Graham would go to Appo expecting to win, not to keep it close or upset them, but to beat the shit out of them, and if Graham is on its game, they will run Appo right out of its own stadium.

Y’all prepare yourselves for that train horn to never be stopped. After they threatened to escort Union fans out of Mitchell for little air horns — I cant even imagine how loud and often they’ll blow the train horn Friday night.

Exactly, it shows he knows little about Region C and the level of play Appo is playing and the level of play that Radford is not playing. Radford will lose to Gretna this coming weekend. You won't have to worry about Radford beating Appo. And if you do get fortunate enough to host Appo, it's going to be Pikeville KY all over again.

Appo is good but they aren't in same league as Pikeville, c'mon be real. If it plays out and Ridgeview plays Appomattox, it's a toss up game. Acting as if RV wouldn't have a shot is silly. It's a coin flip.

So you believe if Graham and Ridgeview play, Graham is gonna beat them by 30+? From your last two posts, seems that way. If Ridgeview can't compete with Appo and would give up 60+ points and Graham could run them out of their stadium, then logic stands you think Graham, if playing a good game, scores 50+ and beats RV by 30.

not to mention Union outplayed Appomattox the last time they met and just couldn't finish at the end, it's not like either team was incapable of beating Appo considering how the game v. Richlands went in 2015 and the Union game in 2017.

CalPreps says Appo over RV by 3 and Appo over Graham by 1.

Neither of those would surprise me in the least if they play. If either team won by 30+, that would shock me. Ridgeview did lose to Union and on the road in Pikeville but make no mistake, that's a very talented team. They are capable of beating anyone.

I’d say Graham needs to focus on Union and Ridgeview on Central & vice versa...end of story. Focus, one game at a time... let Appo worry about Appo for the time being. As for the horn, didn’t they blow it last year incessantly? And at this year’s Richlands’ game? I think everyone expects that horn to blow loud & proud 😂😂😂😂. Dixon will just have to wear earplugs!

It did, but after the AD sending the police over this year, I think it will be worse. Haha

Rumor going around that Mance had the horn silenced at Union - any truth to that one

If they say they’re blowing it A LOT, don’t believe Mance had it silenced, lol. I did see a bunch of chatter on social media after the Union/Richlands game about the train horn. Lots of back & forth between fans, lol.

Thank you for this.  Pikeville would beat Graham by at least 30.

The sane Ridgeview fans are... we know that this isn't the same Central team we faced in week 3.  Going to be much closer this time around.

Who's talking besides one dude?

Just directed at him and it only takes one. I was at the Richlands/Central game and Central plays with alot of heart. Dont know what they looked like early in the season but they were doing some hitting last night to be no bigger than they are. They had came a long ways since Graham played them last year.

I’ll probably head down to the Park Friday night if the wife will let me (and if a little boy doesn’t decide to make his entrance a few weeks too early 😂).

Just tell the wifey you need to work the speedway in lights but ....get lost near hansonville , come to Big Stone for 2 or 3 hours to get your bearings straight

I was not part of the direct communication, and if I'm wrong they can correct me.

It is my understanding that Richlands' AD requested that it be blown less and that request was honored, but silenced, no, not silenced.

Graham has a hard time with Pollier (I believe that’s him) the first go around. He just drove through them with what seemed like little effort. They’d be on him & he’d.drag them along and get another few yards. The defense is much improved since that first meeting but GMen have to find a way to shut him down better than the regular season game. Graham’s offensive arsenal has done well with several different playmakers. Lester makes a lot but he’s not the only one making TDs.
