I think they can do that if the coaches agree to it. I saw it happen down here once when Treasure Coast was playing a school called Surge Academy from the Miami area. TC was up 49-0 a minute into the 2nd quarter and the Treasure Coast coach was irate. He talked to the officials who then talked to the SA coach, and they started the clock. The TC coach said after the game that SA had misrepresented who they were ala the infamous Bishop Sycamore “school” that would have a documentary made about them.

On a semi-related note the Marching Trojan Band will play the football team next Friday. They open as a 9 1/2-point favorite. Union HC Turner will be calling plays for the Marching Trojans. The tuba player? Oh yeah belly right ALL NIGHT LONG YA'LL!

I caught some of the union and battle game on the Network last night, and it looked to me like Chandler's injury is his ankle. Hopefully him and Bunch get healed up soon!

He was limping hardcore at the end of the Abingdon game. Not sure what happened.

I think he had it wrapped when he played some against battle. Hopefully it gets healed quick. I hate to see the kids with injuries and especially players like Chandler.
