Yes it is!

This was taken in 1957 when the stadium was dedicated in honor of Ernie Hicks. The current field actually runs in a different direction now. I'll try to find a photo showing the difference.

I figured that would stump Richlands people who were looking in the background for context. I wouldn't have guessed Richlands either. I assumed the current home grandstand had been constructed when the high school opened in the 1950s.

Yeah. I guessed Tazewell because of the fence and gate and pictured entering on the field house side.

I sort of thought it may be Ernie Hicks Stadium.  The house threw me off, but the ticket stand was what I based my guess on. 

I am delighted the current field has been renamed the Mance EMATS field.  I think it is well deserving.  Lord willing, I hope to be there for the dedication of the field.
