I have no idea! Was joking! But the numbers have been down in recent years! Definitely would not expect too many wins based on last year and all though. I could be wrong of course but I certainly would not think a huge turnaround with new coaching and all.

Definitely not....the playoffs are absolutely ridiculous now. Literally everyone makes it so they will draw some 2-8 team and Definitely advance. They need to go back to the 4 team per region system that I played under.

Narrows just runs a legit program and has a good off season workout program. It seems to be getting better. Coaching staff, weight room, culture, etc..... it has definitely surpassed the other county school.  This years Narrows team had an abundant amount of talent even in little league level. Several really good players and athletes on this team. Don't sleep on them

I honestly dont know. I haven't looked at their roster as whole but they have some really good under classmates as well

Graham team and board members will undersell and over-deliver......again.

Union team and board members will oversell and under-deliver.....again.  Sorry guys...but there is a trend.

SWD will be better than M7 for first time in a long, long time. 

Honaker will have an average and quite normal season with zero drama.

One of the two, Gate City or Ridgeview, will exceed expectations and push for second in M7.

Grundy, coming off a run of being a very good Region threat, struggles to win three games this year.

I don't either. The level between Graham and Union is narrow. Graham beats us because of coaching more than overwhelming talent gap.

Maybe he meant SWD not all of SWVA, that’s a bold statement saying all the best players in all of SWVA. I’m a Graham homer but that doesn’t jive with me at all.
