SWVAgridiron Posted August 23, 2025 Report Posted August 23, 2025 Backups are playing the 2nd half for Giles and JM. JM won the first half 14-12. Offensive, JM only scored 1 td. Pick 6 was their second score. Quote

Unchained Posted August 23, 2025 Report Posted August 23, 2025 Wasn't sure of final of Lee-Honaker as no scoreboard but neither defense showed up and it was a shootout. Quote
BigWinners Posted August 23, 2025 Report Posted August 23, 2025 Not putting too much stock in one scrimmage boys but damn, could anyone honestly say that Union could have asked for any better showing on the night? That’s as impressive of a tune up game as possible. I feel conflicted about Wise. I have ZERO love for the Warriors but want former Viking Joshua Spurlock to succeed somewhat. Quote

My boys went and played there and I am a JJK grad, so I hate seeing the program struggle, but kind of like Lee they let good 'ol boy politics/money talk in that town for too long and the folks who could help either got run off or simply bounced from it. redtiger 1 Quote

I’m the opposite lol. I love seeing Wise struggle lol, not really I mean I don’t want any kid to have a bad night but as a whole I don’t root for Wise to succeed much at all but with Spurlock at the helm, I hope he does well bc he’s a genuinely good dude.
