I have also maintained he’s the best in SWD & Region D. Everyone was focused on Creasy & O’Quinn. Can you imagine if Lebanon had an offensive line the caliber or a Graham or Union with Reece as QB? Said it since he was an 8th grader that there’s a good possibility he’ll end up being at the top of best pure qb’s to ever come through swva. Even with his lackluster support he has proven himself time and time again. His freshman year team is probably the best overall team he’s had and they would have barely been a decent 2d team, id say the average line height the past 4 years at Lebanon have been 5’10ish and just barely 200 lbs average, nowhere near the caliber of unions and grahams. Baker is a highly talented route runner and Garrett is the fastest receiver he’s got but that’s nowhere near the level of Graham or Unions athletes and line so if he had just one or the other they would be a state caliber team. I agree , the kid is so fun to watch. Some of the throws I’ve seen him sling under pressure & sometimes on one foot as he was going down just crazy good natural QB skills & football sense. Dont get me wrong, I’m not taking anything away from Creasy or O’Quinn, they’re were both talented. Quote
