Finally got around to watching a little bit of film on Paintsville.  They are decent on the LOS and QB has a good arm.  Whether or not he has time to throw the ball could be the deciding factor in this one.    I think RV will have the advantage as far as weapons goes.  Side note, KY officials sure allow the coaches to walk wherever they want to.

I can say this, after tonight the RV fans are ready to let the refs at bullet park have it next week. Our fans had been quiet most of the season but they let it go tonight, and got to kid season form quickly.

It's not the RV did or did not have any penalties tonight. It was the selective enforcement of the rules that was fairly annoying.

As for the game, the RV defense was lights out. I don't think Paintsville crossed midfield until the last bomb with 15 seconds left in the 4th qtr. Offensively, they were good but not great.

Kentucky games always rile up VA teams. I’ve yet to see a VA team in KY play and not have 4-5 calls leaving you totally scratching your head. They’ll make up a penalty you’ve never heard or call something just totally wrong.

We give the VA AOA a lotta flack but I think they’re head and shoulders above the WV/KY units. TSAA (TSSAA? Tenn State Athletic Assocation IIRC) does a good job too.

What's bad is Paintsville is a great atmosphere for a game. Looks like they are headed back in the right direction. They'll be a bit tougher for RV next year.

LCC was an awesome atmosphere too, beautiful stadium. The visitors stands weren’t great but it was a beautiful field in an excellent location, very scenic view.

It really is.  I was thinking that, other than the drive, I wish they’d schedule them more.

Belfry Is AA now I believe.  I wish some Va teams would schedule them

I think some of that may have to do with Belfry wanting to schedule teams from central KY.
