bearforce1 Posted October 10 Report Posted October 10 Ridgeview has serious discipline issues. Absolutely unreal. on other notes ridgeview still can’t win at bullitt. Quote

Just a football crazed town. Everyone wants to be a part of the football team in some form or another. Quote

I’m all for the community being a part of the athletics but it’s just slightly hard to watch when after every other play there’s a shoutout or there’s a sponsor for every single facet of the game RichRich 1 Quote

I agree. My whole crew talks about how ridiculous it is to get to the game 2 hours early for a good parking spot or seat. The community throws money at this program like it's water. Every business wants their name mentioned or picture taken as being a sponsor. Freedom Chevrolet donates $100 for every TD scored each week. $900 for Boone, $600 for GC, $600 more this week. It adds up. The school isn't going to turn down that money. Stelley 1 Quote

Maybe against Battle or Lee. They def struggled to go downfield. Im not sure they attempted a pass over five yards after the INT. They’ve got the athletes for sure but they don’t trust the QB. But in that spot you gotta try, even running the ball and using the timeouts and see if you can break one and get into range. Had they been able to add a FG there, they can kick another on 4th and 6 at the goal line and have it a one score game. Lotta puzzling time management from RV. Wasted so much time in the late 3rd/early 4th down two scores. Union_Fan 1 Quote

BigWinners Posted October 10 Report Posted October 10 I didn’t think RV had discipline issues. They were super amped early but I didn’t see a lot of egregious, late hits. Quote

When u have rv coaches cussing at players and rv players cussing fans / coaches I think of that as a discipline issue, when you have to have 20 cops for the handshake line i consider there being a discipline issue present. I’m all for the excitement and rough play. But maybe that’s me sorry for the confusion Quote

Fairlawncat Posted October 10 Report Posted October 10 21 points the going rate (3 TD wins for Union over Graham, GC, Ridgeview. Lebanon is not Graham, nor Gate City, nor Ridgeview on the LOS. Union will score over 50 points in this game and will not punt. It will not be close. Quote

They were there to clear out the stadium as quickly as possible so the town could finish setting up for Blue Highway. Spoke to one of the workers before the game. They still had more tents to put up, take the goalpost down and whatever else. Gates open at 10 am this morning. Quote
