What did the Gmen do differently last night with their defense and offense that created the gap between the two games. Go from there and adjust. I would think as you do in football making adjustments at the half, the same should be true in basketball. I do think overall the Gmen hold the edge with their athleticism and speed, but I still feel there shouldn't have been that much disparity between the two games. Gridiron60 1 Quote

Pretty good talent compared to A or AA? Keene the only college player they’ve had in last 10 years I think and he came back to Honaker his senior year. Meanwhile Graham and Va High in SWD and most of the M7 have had a lot more college players They’ve also had some tough luck-I think three straight region losses on buzzer beaters. Quote

Keenes junior year at Lebanon ended early because of a coaching mistake. Lambert is playing at Southwest. Again I said pretty good talent, not the best, with a coach near the level of baker they’d have a couple of more trophies. Lebanon beat one of the best 1a teams around here in a long time when they beat Honaker in the wise tourney a couple of years back, which has basically been Lebanons tournament to lose the last 4 years Quote

He’s a very good coach, but talent wins out. Gallishaw at Va High is a very good coach who went to a state finals, but this year he’s 0-18. Lambert is on the team at SW, but that’s not the same as what Mozzell doing there. Quote

The girls I understand with one of Lebanon’s best players out and Marion having that one girl who can ball out if she gets hot but boys is a head shaker. I figured after loss to Graham, Lebanon would be on a mission to make a statement. Quote

Observer Posted February 12 Report Posted February 12 I got a little insight into what happened from someone who was there. When Moore fouled Sutherland with 6.9 seconds left the scorekeeper was slow putting the foul on the board and Central thought they still had a foul to give. No excuse to not know how many fouls you have in that situation though. RichRich 1 Quote

Bad night for King Robin. I saw Dales got injured with about a minute left. Was holding her right shoulder. How bad was she hurt? Quote
