Per Tim Hayes:

Graham, Lebanon, Marion, Virginia High all finish tied for first in the Southwest District girls hoops standings

Monday: Marion vs. Lebanon (at Virginia High)
Monday: Virginia High vs. Graham (at Marion)
Tuesday: Winners play at site TBD for SWD's top seed, region bid.

So basically its just the tourney without byes and a host

BB (2/13)

Lebanon 53

Virginia High 25

Final

Graham 83

Marion 65

Senior night at Lebanon saved V High from scoring in the teens tonight.

Starters probably played 10-12 minutes and held Virginia High to 1 Made FG before halftime

Starting 5 vs Starting 5 would be a great game.  Martinsville has depth that Graham lacks.

Martinsville struggled with Carroll tonight but won 59-48. The Dogs end a long week tomorrow at home against Patrick Co. Ends a long week with 5 games in 6 days. Thank goodness for our depth, and we are still waiting for our starting point guard to come back from a injury, should start playing hopefully next week. Our new coach believes in getting everyone involved so he plays 9 to 10 kids most every game.

After what we witnessed last night now is probably not the best time to say this...Lord Willing when it's all said and done i believe Graham will be holding the state championship trophy in Richmond. Like I said now isn't the time to be saying it but Fix, Dissabio and Martin all on the same team isn't fair. Martin being only a sophomore that kid is special and he hasn't even begun to scratch the surface of his capabilities. Fix had an off night and it happens but what Blake Graham was to Graham last year Fix is that for the gmen this year. Graham is hurt today but in March they will be celebrating

A February upset loss things looked Doomed and Gloomy for the Gmen but I knew better. Coach Baker is the great equalizer. Two things that stand out that separates him, he took a bunch of kids and played even in the 2nd half to a team loaded with d1 talent. Then he beat in the region championship arguably (people from council would disagree) the greatest SWVA team ever with McClung, Irving and Dean 3 kids that can average 35 that wasn't easy and now he can call himself a CHAMP. Congrats to the Gmen and to the Graham faithful

Wasn’t it Carlock coaching the team that beat McClung and them?

You could be right but I thought Baker was the coach back then
