VHSLhelper Posted August 15 Report Posted August 15 ย Luckily, I know Fox8 is Greensboro, from when the Council hoopsters were in that accident years ago. https://www.facebook.com/fox8news/posts/pfbid02aaE5QN6ryAmmeoJ7p7fVThnP1m9ynoEL7jUoQ7qxrMBjhm5jW6Wye77mNvNxYtXl ย ย ย Quote
VHSLhelper Posted August 15 Author Report Posted August 15 And down in Fla... "Sarasota Booker, which had gone to three straight Final Fours in Class 2A (2023) and 3A (2024, 2025) announced that they will not be fielding a varsity program for the 2026 season," https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/florida-high-school-football-team-013453923.html Quote

We need that Union-Graham rivalry. It makes both programs better. I'd say we are the only school/fanbase in SWVA that feels that way since we are the only M7 squad that schedules them every year. Even big, bad 3A Abingdon ducks and dodges them:). It may be a fierce rivalry, but there's a ton of mutual respect there. A big change will be the nixing of trash talking from our side. Harless absolutely will not allow that. I'd bet the farm on that. The guy hates losing as is. Let him lose because of lack of discipline and I would HATE to be a Union player afterwards. We have played some high level programs before like Pikeville and Bluefield.ย Speaking of games, has Union ever tried to schedule Bell County? Seems like that would be a natural rival for them.ย Quote

BOTH knees were down and he leaned the ball across the goal line THREE SECONDS after he was down, and the refs called game winning TD. It still remains the most pathetic hose job I have ever seen.
