I don't know anymore. I'm too jacked!
Longest win-streak in regular seasom now belongs to Richlands at 29 as Gretna & Osacar Smith both lost!
-
A #1 Gretna falls to #7 William Campbell 41-20. Generals led by Burrhead's grand-son, Brad Bradley.
-
I won't get Hur-Twin until after the game.
Wave down 10-0 in 2nd, last I heard.

I heard Ron Brown say that Tazewell was winning 14-0 within the first two minutes of their game against Honaker. Could be wrong though.

I don't do wrong scores. Rasnake's 3rd TD was a 74 yd. pass, now 21-0 in 2nd.

Rasnake has 2 TD's already for Tazewell - Dogs lead Honaker 14-0 2:00 in

If case you're wondering, the only way the Falcons can make the playoffs is a win over Marion & a Va. High loss to Lee.
-
yep. my unofficial numbers and speculation on a few games show them opening on the road - but Lee & Abingdon may mess things up a bit. I should know more tonight.
-
Yeah, our 12-week calendar messes a lot of people up.
-
Nov. 17/18
most SW VA teams will be open the 10th
-
4 in the 2nd half, + 3 in the first = 7 total 1st downs
-
41-0, final
4 1st downs, maybe?
-
41-0, early 4th
-
21-0 at the half

Caleb Jennings breaks Brannon Breeding's school scoring record with his 162nd point w/ 10:38 left in the 2nd - Blues up 14-0.
I'm only updating after quarters.
-
1st - ratings are updates (but what does it matter - lots of games Sat.).
2nd - jham, don't make plans for Nov. 17th just yet.
I was looking at the possibilities based on points ONLY - forgot that Va. High hadn't won the district yet.
So I did a new set of numbers, and guess what I found -
if Va. loses to Lee, the Abingdon-Marion winner will be co-champs AND will get the automatic bid on power points over the 'Cats. No other games will matter, just those 2.
-
yeah, we were down to just a mist at 6:30, but had a couple of periods of steady rain. With that accident on 77 Fri. aft., I wonder if y'all would have been delayed getting here? But the field's mostly covered with a tarp, and the rain should end by 10 am, so conditions will def. be better than last night woulda been.

Honaker 34, Hurley 0
-
halftime scores from ALL games involving Region IV or D teams :
Honaker 20, Hurley 0
Gate City 7, Appalachia 6
Lee 6, JJ Kelly 6
Graham 30, Va. High 0

I posted it b4 10:00

saw a Bristol bus go thru Claypool Hill at 5:20 - they ARE on their way!
-
in what sport? football?
is it ESPN, USA Today, or someone else?
-
yep. Since the Piedmont has 3 weeks worth of District games left, lots of points available, where we only have 1 or 2 games left around here. Possible to be out of it Sat. morning even with a win over Marion.

some pairings already known, but things can change - forfiets at all. Richlands-Va. HIgh & Graham-Tazewell are what we should see.
For SW VA, expect AA to play on Fri. nights & most of the A's to play Sat. at 1:30.
