What's everybody in the SWD doin to get ready for this upcoming season? In Tazewell, we've stopped lifting casually and have time limits to complete certain lifts, and if anyone misses out on a set, we have to do 10 pushups for each set that is missed. This is all after our 45 minutes of running. That's what's happenin in T-town, what's happenin elsewhere?

I think "D-Block" will reign supreme haha. We got Angle, Graham, Burton, and Wilson up front. Lowe and Riddle at MLB.....We have some spots to fill, but we have a lot of talent to fill those spots. But if i had to pick a team other than Tazewell, I'd have to pick Richlands.

Well, we finally got to run some 40's in T-town. Justin Wilson ran a 4.6, TJ salyers ran a 4.7, Jarrod Burton and Drew Walker both ran 4.8's. Burton is benchin 300 now as is Gavin Angle.

Thank you very much Beano5... But trust me Tid Bit...We have very promising backs. Tazewell will be just as good next year, with Wyatt still around, if not better than last year.

I'm hardly singing the praises of myself Tid Bit. He asked what the backfield was going to be, and I told him. It's not like I got on here saying I was gonna rush for 2000 yards...Even though I might haha only joking! only joking.

We're loaded for next year. We have five very promising backs who are going to make a big difference for us. Justin Wilson is just as fast as his brother, but w/ more power. Myself, Eric McDaniel, Scott Weitzel and Tj Salyers will also be running the ball. I think we'll do just fine.

When was that? The Richlands Tazewell game?
