I think Bluefield will shock Tolsia,because the rebels are alot like Scott they rely to much on 1 player on offense to be able to beat Bluefield. Bluefield has too much speed and too many athletes to allow 1 kid to dominate them or even be a factor in the outcome of the game.
I like having the pick'em during football season,so as long as I can get online I'll do the results as long as someone decides the games each week to be picked from. I think we had more people participate on this site in this being the first year doing it here than we ever did on TSP. Thanks to BR for deciding to do the pick'em here,and also thanks to everyone who participated,because without the participation we wouldn't have a reason to have it.
Grafton will be a tough game,but MV can beat them if the team continues to play like they have most of the year. The winner of MV vs Grafton will beat the winner of Scott vs Sissonville in my opinion.
I don't believe Bluefield will have any problems with Liberty in round 1 as long as they come out and play to their potential. Alot of people on TSP don't give Bluefield a chance in round 2 if they face Tolsia,but what those people don't realize is that Tolsia relies to much on one kid on offense to win,and Bluefield has the spped and ability to make the kid a non factor.It's really hard for a team that counts on 1 player so much to beat a team with the type of athletes Bluefield has. I'd love for Wyoming East to beat Tolsia,so they could face Bluefield in round 2 lol.
James Monroe should destroy Independence,but they need to remain focused after that game,because whether they face Keyser or Magnolia they'll be in for a dogfight with either those teams.

great win for Bluefield,and it should also bump mount view in the opposite bracket of james monroe,and bluefield giving mv a shot at Scott with a victory over grafton,which will be a hard task to get by first.
Beckley has stated several times within the past few years that they do not want to play any schools that aren't AAA.
I can't imagine Morgantown agreeing to play Bluefield either,because for 1 thing they believe that they're gods gift to wv high school football,and it would be embarrassing to them to lose to any AA school. I'm not saying Bluefield would beat them,but I'm sure the thought of it being a possibility would be enough to scare them into refusing to play,because Imagine all the egos on the blue n gold high school board that would be crushed if their invincible Mohigans were to lose to a AA school in wv lol.
Bluefield may have to look in ohio or ky to fill their schedule. MV had to schedule South Point,Ohio just to get a 10th game,and mostlikely will struggle to get 10 games next year with Lincoln County,and most likely Ravenswood not renewing contracts.
I have to give James Monroe credit for beating MV,because up until then I was a silent critic of the Mavs schedule,but I think they showed last night they're as good as their record indicates,so I guess now I only have 1 team to be a silent critic of lol. Good Luck to Mavs the rest of the year.
