I got a nephew who is in 8th grade over at Big Creek this year and he is a tailback I think he is going to come live with me next year he will be a good addition for the blues. I think I've heard some talk about the johnson kids wanting to come to. If that happens nobody in the SWD will have nothing for Richlands.

I just hope that Tazewell wins so I don't have to hear since I live in Richlands now. Here in a couple of years when my step son and little girl come up I'm going to have to move back to Tazewell just don't know if I can say go big blue. LOL

I know man. I was just proving the point that turnovers were not the only problems for the dawgs the first time around.

It was more nerves than anything else they came out flat as a flitter in the first game. I hope they get over that in this one because there will be alot of people watching this time to.

You mean the two interceptions that Richlands threw led them to victory? Both teams had costly turnovers. If it wasn't for the turnovers Richlands had it could have been worse than 14-0.

I'm not downing the Richlands program they have a great football team and will be no slouch on Saturday. This is a new game new circumstances so you can't go off of anything that has happened this year I was just making an observation.

Lets see......

1. Tazewell whips GC who in turn whips Richlands

 

2. Richlands loses to.........PV

 

3. Tazewell was without their best defender in the previous game.

 

4. Richlands has one player

 

5. Could go on and on.........

In watching the Tazewell vs Richlands game the first time around Tazewell looked like they were nervous. The refs were not bought off by any means they did not call a good game for either side. Turnovers was what led Richlands to victory. And this game it will decide the winner also. The team with the least turnovers and penaltys win. I think they are evenly matched this year but Richlands big game mentality and coaching will be a big challenge for Tazewell's Talent.

This game is hard to call Richlands had a rough start and Tazewell had a rough finish. Also Richlands has been here before and the pressure is nothing to these young kids. Tazewell will be hungry and have home field advantage. So whoever wins I won't predict who because this is a big game I wish em luck against brookeville.

Would have to think this will be more about how the lines match up. Patrick beat Carroll 34-0 and came back on Basset to beat them. This isn't last years team. Should be a good old slobber knocker. Them coaches at Richlands have seen a bunch of good backs they'll have a plan.

They couldn't stop the kids from Powell Valley I think this was the only game they did not stop the run at home if i'm not mistaken.

9 weeks ago at Mitchell Stadium a tragedy happened. 7 or 8 Refs made no call and walked off the field ... now it is up to many Bluefield fans to say that yes Bluefield won however since no ruling was made Bluefield did not win and Graham won the game.

 

It is a shame that Bluefield fans will not shut up! Enough is enough.

 

As a lifetime supporter of Bluefield this will make many of you fans and coaches mad but I don't care any more! This continuation of crying is just making us look bad!

This thread is starting to sound an awfully lot like the thread last week. Hopefully with the same outcome!!

I think it is because graham has alot of players that are injured and they had some to quit even. So it still won't be a blow out but I think Tazewell comes out with more fire than they did last week.

We had some good jaw'in, that game's over. We both have bigger fish to fry now and no easy row to hoe. Good luck in the playoffs.
