The ejected AHS player exhibited (punching a player and then kicking him) the most BUSH league piss poor example of football I've ever seen. The AHS coaching staff needs to address that issue-not me and not refs. As for the refs at the game, I agree they were horrible. They didn't know the rule on personal fouls and blew two of them against the home team-GASP! They also called back a CCHS touchdown. Look at the stats and stop making the same juvenile BS cries about refs. Abingdon didn't execute and got their asses kicked-period end of story-no ref influences in an outcome that surprised most everybody.
It still amazes me that every school has it repuation on this board. Let's see:
CCHS cheats at home games only by bringing their own refs?
Richlands recruits?
Tazewell runs off coaches?
Graham needs a coach to run off?
Grundy usually sucks, but has a decent team this year?
Marion dodges most criticism because who cares?
Abingdon is a bunch of whining a-holes that everybody loves to hate?

Agree. I def. am not taking up for Abingdon ( they got beat period) but to me whenever someone goes to CC its always going to be a dog fight b/c of the refs, sorry to hurt someones feelings but the officiating at CC is horrible.
and the players and coachs for CC dont have a thing to do with what refs call tha game. stop bein lil panzies and just play football. yall been talkin about this same old s**t for yrs. ive played at cc for yrs. now im watchin games as fan. and it looks like other teams are makin an excuse. yea there might be a few questionable calls during the game.... but that is the same in any sport, at any level, anywhere!

Reed didnt get the job, but the Head Coach for the Carroll County Boys Varsity team for 2008-2009 school year is _________ Woods. i havent got all the detail cause im in college in Jefferson City, TN. But i talked to Zack Surratt ( CC starting Goalie last year ) and he said Woods is the new head coach. Any Thoughts about that one? i helped the team last year and i expected to see Reed announced as the head coach, but i guess Carroll County Athletic Director Darren Matthews felt differently about Reed.
dont count out carroll. they got a week to prepare and they will come to play so RHS watch out. yall dont have the same talent that yall have had in the past years where you dominated the SWD. im just saying you bettr not overlook Carroll County
im just going to put my two cents in and say let the person have his opinion of the game instead of letting him draw some into the pointless argument. if he feels he has to mentally justify the loss by placing the blame on officiating and things getting out of hand so be it. honestly we have all been guilty of doing the same thing before and feeling cheated by officiating. however, every team should play with the mentality that they are gonna be playing 11 vs. 14, though, b/c you have to adjust on the fly to game situations. good teams learn how to adjust to how the game is being officiated (good or poor) and overcome that. with that being said good luck to both teams the rest of the way.
