swva42 10 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 It's because Bland County has yet to prove themselves. They highly out-play an opponent, but are hexed with constant unnecessary penalties. If the Bears keep up good play, they eventually may be noticed. A strong playoff performace will definintely be seen.
