BigD4VT 11 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 Richlands will be the #1 seed and in all likelihood play VHS at home in the first round. The winner of that game will then play the winner of Graham/Tazewell for the region Championship. If it's Richlands, the game will be played at Ernie Hicks. The Region IV, Division 3 champion will travel to the Region III, Division 3 champion for the state semi-final. The winner of that game will play for the state championship at Liberty University.
