It would save him so much effort. I know he is automatic from in the paint, but sometimes he just has to exert so much energy to get in position.

A hook shot would allow him to save his energy and be stronger in the fourth quarter; he would also be able to have more PT because he would not need to be subbed in and out of the game.

 

If Tax works out the hookshot and can get it down pat, he would be unstoppable.

 

I am not talking about the Kareem sky hook, just a little baby hook starting from about shoulder high.

At the district level a coach nominates anyone from his/her team that he feels should be considered for player of the year and then ALL 5 coaches vote -- so YES a coach can vote for his own player at the district level -- not at the Region level though

well, since we're back on this subject... at the state level, each region gets one vote, so the coaches representing that region must come to a consensus.
