slam 10 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 I am cooking BBQ for the band boosters, I cook using hickory. It takes about 15 hours from start to finish. This helps raise money for a band performance at the Lincoln Center in New York. There is a good chance I'll be cooking ribbon fry's on the visitors side. Come by and say hello.
