If you can throw 95 off the mound or hit the ball 450 feet or run a 6.5 60 scouts ain't gonna say."oh you didn't play more than one sport." "we can't use ya"
And yes two sport athletes do impress college coaches.as long as you are good enough at the sport they are recruiting you for.if not then it doesn't matter if you play 50 sports.i think kids should play more than one for much of their childhood.but if they want to just train for and play just one once they get in high school. their is nothing wrong with that.plenty of kids have done that.especially in baseball and made it somewhere.they shouldn't play baseball year round but they can train for it year round.big difference
When you are good. you will have a target on your back.that also goes with the territory.would be nice if he would just play ball and cut out all the extra crap that he does during the game.just a thought
The dunks don't impress me one bit.what mac needs to do is get tougher.ive seen him play several times this year.when he drives the lane and gets fouled pretty hard.he gets an attitude about it.hard fouls are a part of the game.if he thinks these local high school kids are fouling him hard.wait till he drives the lane and gets fouled by big time division one basketball players.grown men.he just needs to learn to take it and go on.its a part of the game
