We'd love to have Lee in the LPD any day or at least I would. I don't think it'd happen anytime soon because their numbers are way too high. Hey they could make a new district in this part of sw va. Move Gate City, Powell Valley and JJ Kelly up to double A and make a AA district and put them and lee in. That'd be a good idea. I can't say that I blame Lee for not wanting to travel hours from home just to play in a district game. Of course what do I know? I'm only a band dork lol.

Powell Valley only loses 2 really good but we also return a whole lot Gate City loses a lot I know Clintwood I think their quarterback graduates? That'll hurt Not sure about the rest but I think JJ Kelly may return some but I dunno how good they'll do. Without Coach Saunders I don't think they will be as good. You never know.

Geeze I wasn't trying to be harsh. Let me rephrase that. For the past few years Gate City hasn't gotten past 13. This year I see Gate city getting past.

for the past 4 or 5 years Gate city has choked in game 13. But this year I don't see it happening. I am going with Gate City 21 to 7.

Powell valley had a 34 game winning streak. Started in 1997 and ended against JJ Kelly Indians in 1999.

I'd like for us to try AA. If Gate City moves up there could be a couple other schools move right up with them. Like it or not we're probably stuck with Gate city. I like playing Gate city anyway.
