I agree with you GMan, but I believe that this is a step in the right direction.............. your answer is the final solution the VHSL just doesn't do things the logical way that would require common sense....

Just for clarification here is the link for the Sanctioning of the Coalfield Clash. The Aussies were approved by an international sanction as well which runs through the U.S.B.A.
The tournament was sanctioned by the VHSL and it also carried an international sanction due to the Aussies playing. Yes they were seniors but their school year is not complete as of yet. They were on break and actually ended up missing some days of school. They will not be eligible for college ball until JUne.

Haven't seen Montcalm, but I have coached against Pocy. I think that they are improved from last year and they have a pretty tough QB. The kid can throw the ball. I will pick Pocy by 14
TV is working on the youth football program development and should have something in place next year for grades 3-5. They currently have 34 kids in 6-8 playing on the middle school team.
YOu kill me with the sarcasm, it never fails that you come up with something that makes me roll right out of my chair. I guess I should have been more specific in my post title.
At TV there are 24 players out and practice has went pretty smooth. A veteran line is in place, the backfield will probably be Justus, Hartman and Horne. Jory Rife looks to be QB.
Looking for a great team camp? This one has more than just games, it includes individual instruction, chalk talk sessions for coaches, 3 meals daily, activities etc.......and it is VERY AFFORDABLE!
Kudos to Coach MaGee and the folks at Richlands. Coach has his team playing well and they proved to be formidable opponents the other night. I would also like to compliment the Mafia, they kept it clean and really demonstrated support for their team. In my opinion the SWD will come down to Grundy and RHS.
