we'll know about 3:30 pm saturday! pv defense doesn't have to stop the wing, just slow it down. robbins has passed for 3000 yards & 30 tds. pv wide outs can all fly!!! robbins & fullback (mckinny?) can run too! kicking game will be key also. good luck to both those who can play, play. those who can't play coach, those who can't play or coach become fans.

the single wing is based on power & deception. a defense has to read & heed thier keys to stop it. powell valley's defense handled a very good gate city twice. pv's linebacker corps is one of the best in the state, if thier defensive linemen can keep giles offensive linemen from getting to the backers they can stop the wing. on offense pv has a qb who has thrown for 3000 yards and 30 tds with only 7 picks this year!! robbins wont / never has stopped throwing. if giles stays in the 50 defense pv will roll big time.

two entirely different styles of football. pv primarily a quick strick offense, gc a run oriented offense. keys are: pv's defensive front & linebackers gc's run game. pv will score points quickkly / gc has to work hard to score. as usual, defense will be key. weather doesn't matter, same weather on both sides of the field. home field is definite plus in this series.best guess in a turnover free game is pv by 2 scores. offense wins games / defense wins championships
