What impressed you so much about our JV team last year? Just wondering. They were good and they proved it last during the tournament when they beat Richlands in the first round and then taking Tazewell down in the 2nd round. But I agree with Dawgs 86 that it will be a close district and you can never leave out Graham.

when did carroll finish 3rd. We only had four hispanics on the team last year.

So Carroll does not give you much competion each year, just last.

and they have won 8 out of 10 SWD Tournaments but it has been close some other years.

what is the big deal against carroll. I have lived in bluefield, I taught in Tazewell, and now live and teach in Carroll. The people here have class and really care for people. Yes we do have the few people that give us a bad name but all areas do. So do not put all of us carroll people in the same boat.

And has this ever happen before that anyone knows of. Having Four teams tied for first at the end of the season.

What I have heard is that they will have a Pre-Tournament with all four teams starting Sat. at Richlands. Seeding will be by drawing out of a hat. Then who ever wins the Pre-Tournament will get to host the Tournament and will have a bid to the Regional Tournament.

Please stop with the ref thing it is getting old. The one thing i do have to say about Graham is that they took the game the other night like a Man and did not put it off on the refs. Every time we get ready to play Grundy they start in on the ref thing. Worry about the game and not something you can not control.

That is funny just like his daughter was the best soccer player also.

Carroll was winning with 10 secs to go. They were winning by 3 and on the free throw line. Good game by both teams and please do not get on here and say it is the refs fault because i saw fouls missed on both sides. We had two great teams out here tonight and one had to win and one had to lose.

I am sorry she broke her ankle. But I was there and she did not even do it because of the cheerleaders. It would have happen anywhere. So stop saying it is the cheerleaders.

the tazewell refs are the worst. If you come to carroll to cook out just bring me one too. lol

get off of the we play the refs off. both teams played a good game and we won by two in the end. Good luck to all the teams and lets just let the students play the games and we need to enjoy the games as fans.

we need to have a soccer post. this is a great idea. The season is only about 20 some days away.
