I think that Zack Counts is a great running back i seen him play a couple times the year before last but i dont think he is the only threat from haysi you still have Ryan Jones in the back field also and elijah owens which are all good backs haysi lost a lot last year but the player hurting them the most is jake colley because he could really scramble and make messed up plays into first downs and sometimes touchdowns so thats gonna hurt them a lot by him being gone but haysi always comes up with a good quarterback so i believe whoever it will be will definiatly be in the spotlight but i think there should be lineman in the spotlight but you never hear of that but if you think about it what would a back get if there were no lineman.

Haysi 9-1 if they play 10 games 8-1 if they just play 9 games. I heard haysi wanted to pick up grundy for there 10th game does anyone know anything about whether its true or not.

yeah i played against gate city in the playoffs a couple years back as a haysi tiger and well i agree with the kelly guy gate city is king of recruiting i cant stand gate city or powell valley because in my opinon they should be in AA ball but if there is one team i would love to beat it would be gate city but its always nice to beat clintwood and honaker but there also always tough teams for us but the LPD teams are good but there beatable but yeah gate city has got to recruit just as much as a college team but the reason they are so big and strong are that they have a really good weight lifting program and i wish that haysi had one like it it would have helped out past present and future teams and gate city does have good coaching except for the part that they like to run the score up on people but its the same way for powell valley and i dont think thats right

i think gate city will win the lonesome pine district with powell valley losing only to gate city finishing second in that district i think haysi will win the black diamond district going 9-1 losing to clintwood and i think honaker will come in second in the black diamond going 8-2 losing to haysi and richlands i think rye cove will win the cumberland district with twin springs finishing second but i would really like to see ervington win the cumberland that would make my year i dont really know about the other districts in the area but you all can predict there results

yeah you are right about honaker and tyler patrick but i watched the haysi honaker game last year and well to tell you the truth i think that if tyler patrick wasnt there haysi could have handled them and tyler patrick is a good player and he did a lot of extraordianary stuff on the field and he did do a lot on his own but hes a good player and when somebody talks about honaker they always mention tyler patrick and when somebody mentions haysi they always mention jake colley in the conversation and its the same way with every team they all have at least one stand out player that everyone must talk about
