we the players have been told not to talk about it from the other coaches and staff. i think the other coaches were told not to talk about it, or they feel like if they talk about it their job is on the line as a teacher and a coach if gregory comes back. my other teammates are afraid to talk. i have not told the whole story yet, i will tell the whole story i promise. give me a little time. the parents that went to the schoolboard on gregorys offence only think that gregory was yelling and cussing, they dont know about what else gregory was in suspended for. If gregory is not fired or suspended the rest of the year. I promise that i will tell you all everything that has happened last year and this year. 2 other boys on the team were suspended for the first half of our game this friday b/c they cussed last friday night at the game. i think if you guys give it some time some other players will talk.

Observer77 Who the hell are you pee wee. ill stand up for what is right. I play on the team. I am a starter myself. Your not on the team you don't no whats going on. You dont have to be an ahole about it. You sound just like gregory. How would you feel if you were in this mess. Think Smart and youll go far in life.

gregory has no resect for the players some yes but many no so the players dont have any respect for him if you show some respect you youll get it back (right) if im wrong tell me

half the boys he cussed did come to weightlifting. he is'nt just taking it out on the ones who didnt weightlifting. you dont no whats going on so don't say anything. theirs more than what you no going on with him at AHS not just on the field but in the classroom to.

I agree arms, we should focus on the game. if you don't know anything about it, keep your mouth shut. yes, nothing happened off the field, it happened on the field after the game. yes there are other things that gregory is in trouble for. some players will talk about it, most won't. they're afraid that they won't play if they talk. yelling, argueing, and cursing is in football, but taking it out on certain people is unacceptable. singling out players is unacceptable. gregory is a good coach, but he's not ready to come down from the college level to be a high school football coach. some people need to suck it up. abingdon should be tougher. there is a couple of momma's and daddy's- boys on the team. abingdon has roughly 1000 students, but only 30 or 40 come out for the team, when holston has significantly less people attending the school and has 50-60 players come out. that should tell you something. Boy don't give up. There's still hope for the rest of the season.
