you know what, i actually gained a little respect for you just cause you didn't deny it or make some excuse for your brother. I dont think that carrol is the dirtiest team here though, i just think they play so physical that teams get angry and react that way. I know i played a hell of a game down there once and when we were leaving many of the players came over and congratuated me and what not, including the coach, and thats why were friends. So as far as sportsmanship, i think every team has it, just not at the same time haha

i actually agree. i know graham had a brute girl play last year and she always tore up the game.

last year was a pretty good year in sportsmanship i beleive. Someone from marion got kicked out last year and the defenders and me sat down and had a talk with the forwards from marion haha I just think rivarly games get pretty heated and they should be.

they use to play that way then entire time in my high school career. Drop 9 have one up top. And i'm pretty sure refs might hate abingdon, but They despise tazewell haha All the refs in the swd are a joke in my opinion.

alright guys enough of the pointless bickering because at the end of the day, noone cares. Not the person saying it nor the person taking it so back to soccer. Graham's girls wanted it more. Simply put. Taz did have 2 starters out but they cant make any excuses. They were defensive starters and offense didnt score. Graham came out and got that goal and tazewell quit and graham kept firing. So graham enjoy the win and it'll be a different game at lincolnshire. Graham varsity, thats probably the only game where taz can make a excuse. Taz's goalie is in cali and that made a difference last night. Graham still had many good looks so im not sayin that graham would have lost but it wouldve been closer. Cant wait for the next game at lincolnshire.

calls sucked both ways, the ref was just all around horrible but its the swd so you got to get used to that. I was proud of how rooster played, tazewell had one of there best first half's. Dont exactly know what happened second half. Why did abingdon run suicides after there win?

You just said it though, "it just shows you have a crappy defense." If this kid has a bad game, his team lost, he has broken the saves record, and how many shutouts does he have? Blacksburg is such a better team that it makes the goalie not as good as the martinsville goalie. The blacksburg keeper isn't tested as much as martinsville is.

blacksburg and cave spring have a much much better team then martinsville though. Anybody that can break the state record in saves has to be best in state.

In tazewells defence, they havent really played anyone yet because all the games keep getting rained out. I know they loss to abingdon, marion, and tied john battle. Thats the only games that they have played. I heard another game postponed today too.

they played at east river last year. Back about 4 years ago or so, they played on that small field beside the high school i think.

Agreed... and although we're all saying abingdon doesnt have a chance, you still gotta pull for them for the swd's sake. I beleive that any team can beat anybody on any day, you just got to go in with that mentality and play.
