  5. The Big East conference , while being a very good conference did not deserve 11 teams . Part of their hype comes from the ESPN people , who all for the most part live in that area . They started out with 11 teams in the field and only have 2 left and those 2 may have been gone if they did not play another Big East team . These so-called experts do not see the other teams as much and are going to be biased towards the eastern teams . 11 out of 16 teams is ridiculous .
  6. at how a UVA graduate can make a statement about all environmentalists based on 1 situation . I can give you another example . One time you could not see the hills around Los Angeles . Today you can because of the invention of the catalytic converter . Sometimes we spend too much but do we really want to be like china and wear gas masks during the day . The fact of the matter is that the so called liberals have forced laws to save our childrens lives but sometimes they go too far . Lets use our knoggin a little bit .

  9. Spending increased during the Reagan years , he also tried to bust federal spending and the middle class . The current blueprint of the Republican establishment today came from the Reagan years . His philosophy was to cut domestic spending on the people and give the Pentagon a blank check , while cutting taxes on the ultra rich , the so-called trickle down effect . Let the poor get a trickle and we will take the rest . If you do not take care of the people they will revolt . The fact of the matter is while I do not agree with all of the spending by the Obama administration , the economy was destroyed by the rich bankers and people on wall street and now we have to cut to pay for it . This occurred during the Greenspan years . He thought the market could cure every ill . The 3 big spending areas are social security , healthcare and the military . The healthcare part was before the Obama administration . My way would be to cut social security . In some how, some way , there should be an education system put in effect to show people how to take care of themselves in this respect . The Military should not also be given a blank check . We should force Europe and Japan to take care of themselves by removing our bases . There should be an education class in the school systems that teaches young people about how to save for retirement . And then slowly take people off of social security .

  16. They improved quite a bit in their second year of rebuilding under Brad Bradley but still have a lot of work to do . They are building some players , including Division 1 recruit 2012 graduate Ryan Revia , 6'7" 302 pound offensive lineman . But their schedule will be very imposing , facing Martinsburg West Virginia and aaa Division 6 Champion Battlefield , who beat Richmond powerhouse Hermitage 26-7 in the state title game . Patrick Henry was once a powerhouse , in 1973 winning the state title by shutting out TC Williams in the state title game 9-0 coached by Meryl Gainer with assistants Willis White and Glynn Carlock , hope I spelled that right .
