The question was have you seen Graham or Radford THIS season...??? not plenty and don't just leave it at that! Come on, impose your great wisdom upon us!

Oh I think they may do better than just compete! Have you seen Graham this season or Radford for that fact? I think it maybe a a Region C championship preview game. I hear the region C tourny is at East River also.

7-3 maybe 8-2 if the sneak up on Beaver. Going to say with new single A playoff system the will get to host a round or 2. Top 16 get in regional tourney. Should be fun. Any news on the candidates for the new coach?

They return just about everyone. Backs should be fine especially at the single A level. Not sure about Sheets. He is awful small to take the pounding back there. The Baker kid is going to be a good one. Should be a good battle. Line is a question and kicking game should be ok with Hatfield, Stowers and White. Hatfield punts, Stowers FG and extra points and White kickoffs. Defense is a question. Should be fun though to see how they do! I am ready for it to get started.

What as a community are the people at graham willing to do? If graham as a community are willing to commit to having the program run as in the past then it's obvious things need to change and the only way that will happen is with the community being heard as one voice. They must rally togeather and allow the decision makers to undestand its not just about w and l's, it's about how the kids are treated and instructed. I have to say they are not all treated fairly, given opportunities, or instructed properly. It seems to be a family affair. Mistakes by some = bench and i quote "u suck" or "you seniors have never won what are you crying for" same mistakes by others = more playng time. The entire secondary! The receivers. Same kids that can't catch it on d are asked to be receivers and guess what! They can't catch it there either...amazing! But nobody else gets opportunities. I watched it all year! I could go on and on. 4th and 5 and we run 2 yard routes! The kids see this, that is why alot of kids walking the halls won't play. They think it's funny! I hope for the kids sake changes are made. We have kids already talking about not playing next year or leaving. Either make this staff see it's errors and change or maybe it's time to move on. To talented to finish 3rd in the med next year! Sorry for the long post...just venting! Hope it gets turned around! To proud a history...to much tradition!

I went to the majority of the games this season. It was awful to watch. I have a nephew who plays. He is not the best player out there but when he goes to speak with Coach Marrs all he got was well you just don't block good enough. He is a receiver that got to play quite a bit. I saw some kids get yelled at and some who made the EXACT mistake rewarded with more playing time. I guess its a family thing. Make kids earn it by performance not who they are, or who there family is. I hear from alot of kids that "it doesn't matter if I have a good week of practice he is playing his "BOYS anyway". Thats why we have kids walking the halls that could make Graham a much better team but refuse to play because of this. I saw the WORST defensive scheme in AMERICA every friday night and I saw a staff that had no idea how to put players in position to make plays. They tried to hide the #1 kid EVERYWHERE. 43 couldn't cover a reciver with a BLANKET, and 5 had more holes in his game than the titantic, but they went right back out there! The #16 played hard. I think all the kids played hard. We tried nurmous offensive sets ( none worked). Kids stayed confused. You let a assistant bad mouth players. We run players off...remember #22 princeton who laid the lick on our QB he was at Graham last year. Big 77 from Tazewell- Had a chance to get him he was a pocahontas kid. Said no we got OUR guys! Bet these 2 we had would made a difference! Sounds like to me you have a leadership problem in your program and that starts at the top! Where do I vote? I am in! Time for Change!
