I've never fully attached the top to the legs, but I know that the legs do have wheels and they fold up, so I assume the whole thing still folds up when put together. I'll get it all out tomorrow and put it together to make sure before you make any kind of trip.

(you have no idea how much crap I take from my friends for saying that all the time, but I've been a Bulls fan since I was a kid watching Michael Jordan and never gave up on them even after he left, though it's been a while before this year that I actually watched the games all the way through).
How about $25? It's in good shape, just kinda old. I'll have to dig it out of the shed, but I'm pretty sure it came with the tabletop and legs (obviously), a net, some paddles and balls.
That was pretty good. All those stereotypes that were mentioned (shoes, moonshine, etc.) have been brought to my attention several times since I've been in college (this may be a little stereotypical too, but most of them really were Yankees from up north that were surprised I wear shoes and don't drink moonshine or hunt). I love it when that stuff happens, it's hilarious and so easy to mess with people before you tell them their just being stupid, lol.

Technique is very important, especially if you are a lineman. Strength, speed, agility, stamina, and of course heart and attitude are all pretty huge factors, but you can't do much if you have no technique and the other guy does.
Yeah, I really needed this vehicle at first because I'm an art major and needed something to haul my art materials in, but now I'm doing a lot more driving because I'm also an education major and have to do observations, internship, and such at different schools. I hate to get rid of it, but it's just not good enough on gas for all the driving I have to do now.
I have a 1994 Ford Explorer XLT for sale for $2000. It's four door, automatic trans., and has power windows, etc. Four wheel drive and cruise control work great. Solid body, good tires, runs great. Only things wrong is the gas gauge doesn't work (needs a sensor or something) and the interior needs some TLC (there are some holes in the headliner and some of the door panels are a little rough looking). Had the engine serviced, front upper and lower ball joints replaced,new brakes, and a new muffler put on less than two months ago. It's my daily driver and has a lot of highway miles, but it's been well taken care of. I'm a full time college student and just need something smaller and better on gas, like a car (which I'll consider trading for). Some of the things those two post on here are so extreme that I wonder sometimes that maybe they really aren't who they portray themselves as. Maybe they are both actually older guys who just like to judge people's reactions to these things or just like to get a rise out of people. I've seen plenty of people in Abingdon who are rude, obnoxious, and seem to only care about themselves (people are like that everywhere, but it just seems to me like I've seen a bigger concentration of this type of people in Abingdon), but there are also loads of people who are the complete opposite; real down to earth kind of people. The things these two say on here definitely gives Abingdon High School, as well as the town and it's people, a bad name, but I think this one takes the cake.
ABINGDON, Va. - Keith Davis knows a little about winning baseball, and the first-year John Battle head coach no doubt likes what he sees in the 2011 edition of the Trojans.
The rookie leader was certainly grinning Tuesday night after Battle posted a stunning 11-0 rout of homestanding Abingdon in a non-district affair between Washington County rivals.
The Trojans, who dropped a tough 8-6 loss to Tennessee High last week, are now 1-1 on the young season.
“We’ve got a great group of guys who work extremely hard,†said Davis, a key member of Battle’s back-to-back state championship teams in 2000 and 2001. “They've got the attitude needed to be successful, and they make it a joy to come to work every day.
“We’re still relatively young - we have no seniors - but coach [Larry] Cannon did such a great job here before he left. We’ve got the pieces in place to be successful.â€
The Trojans may have opened a few eyes by whipping the defending Southwest District champion Falcons, who were playing their opener.
Longtime Abingdon coach Mark Francisco offered no excuses.
“Battle is very well coached,†the veteran said. “They’re scrappy and they got after us, taking advantage of every opportunity they had.
“We didn’t help ourselves very much, but hats off to Battle. They played a good baseball game and we didn’t.â€
Battle scored three times in the second inning after losing pitcher Heath Shelton walked the bases loaded, two runs coming home on a Josh Hughes single up the middle. The Trojans then added runs in the third and fourth innings on RBI singles from Cody Rogers and winning pitcher Jake Cumbo, assuming a 5-0 advantage.
All five runs were the product of two-out basehits.
“That’s a testament to the work that the kids have put in down in the cage with coach [Chase] Buchanan, our hitting coach,†Davis said. “We’ve talked to ‘em about not trying to outthink themselves at the plate, but to just trust their abilities. And we’re doing that.â€
Battle blew the game open with a six-run fifth inning, capitalizing on three Abingdon errors. Adam Cole ignited the Trojan rally with a run-scoring single, before Rogers made it a 10-0 game by driving in a pair with his second hit of the night.
Hughes and Rogers each had three RBIs for the winners, who collected seven hits.
It all made for an easy night for Cumbo, a junior right-hander who allowed only two hits while striking out three and walking four in his four innings of work. Junior Clark closed the game for Battle, which took advantage of the 10-run mercy rule to win in five innings.
“Jake pitched an outstanding game,†said Davis. “He worked himself into a couple of trouble spots, but I was really proud of how he was able to work himself out of trouble. He did a great job.
“It was just a great night for us, a great first win of the season.â€
Battle goes to Tennessee High on Thursday, while Abingdon travels to meet Virginia High that evening.
I grew up seeing this man walking around Bristol everyday and heard all the stories and rumors about him and just loved looking at all the dogs he had over the years. It'll be sad not to see him around anymore.

Flashforward to today, March 2011.
Obama did not seek congressional authorization before joining allies, including Great Britain and France, in taking military action against the regime of Libyan dictator Col. Moammar Gadhafi in order to establish a no-fly zone over that country. The action was approved by the United Nations Security Council but not by the U.S. Congress.
So, lets get this straight. A President cannot authorize military attack, if the said President is George Bush, but a President can authorize a military attack, if the said President is B.H. Obama. Got it!
Whether you support U.S. action in Iraq and Afghanistan or action in Libya, you cannot run from the fact that B.H. Obama has flip flopped on his position concerning this matter.
I actually prefer to call it what it is, a Presidential candidate saying what is popular and PC in order to garner votes, but not actually meaning what he says.........AKA...........lying!
Glad to see someone else watches The Daily Show with John Stewart, lol. But this is true. Everyone wants to trash Bush for going into Iraq, but it's ok for Obama to go into Libya. Granted, Iraq has been much worse than Libya as far as US involvement goes, but it's still the same principle.
Nuclear power is safe...even this situation in Japan is not as bad as the media is playing it up to be...they are trying to make this look like another Chernobyl and its not...worst case and a total meltdown of all 3 reactors and you will have an area of about 20 miles around the plants to evacuate...estimates i've seen are about 400 people or so could die at the most...Chernobyl had close to 40,000 die...it's night and day difference and these reactors are designed to handle a meltdown...the newer reactors (these were built in the 70s using 60s technology) are much more advanced and more efficient...as well as safe.
There is no reason our country could not be using 100% nuclear power other than the public hysteria that surrounds anything with nuclear.
I know the coal people dont want that because it's not good for the local economy, but its true.
I think another downside that nuclear opponents would play on is that uranium mining is really dangerous, but isn't mining for coal and drilling for oil dangerous too? Also, one of my biology teachers told us once that there's enough stuff to fuel our country (if we were totally nuclear) for hundreds of years approximately right in our own territory. I think there's even places to mine right off the east coast around Virginia. You could always train oil riggers and coal miners to mine for uranium, but there's just too much fear and opposition against it.
With all this nuclear crisis going on in Japan, what's everyone's thoughts on nuclear power? Just to be clear with Japan's situation, even though they are a technologically advanced nation, they were still using some old style technology with that plant (didn't even have the containment walls that we use). And not to mention that even though those plants are built to withstand planes crashing into them and such, Japan was hit by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake followed by a massive tsunami that apparently damaged all the plant's failsafes.
I personally think nuclear power's good can outweigh the bad. The biggest problem would be the cost of building the plants. I mean, they produce no harmful emissions like coal and oil (not knocking coal and oil, but they are a lot dirtier), and if we really pushed alternate energy sources (all types of solar, hydro, geothermal, and wind) then we wouldn't need that many nuclear plants. I read somewhere that we pretty much don't use oil anymore for power plants, that the oil is for everything else (everything from cars to synthetic rubbers to medicine) but if we also pushed electric vehicles which are charged with the electricity from power plants, then that would take a big chunk out of oil too and nuclear could help out there bigtime. A lot of things are exagerated about nuclear power due to the horrific happenings with Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, and now Japan, but with today's technology and knowhow (and as long as we don't do anything stupid like build a plant on a fault line like in California) I think we could really make nuclear power work a lot better than what we're currently doing.
I really hope that any players that decide to leave the NFL and play in another league decide to go play for the UFL instead of the CFL. I'd like to see that league grow, especially since we have a team in Virginia. They've also been looking into expanding in Raleigh too. That would be great.
Wallace Middle School (Battle's feeder school) used to be a high school and was an elementary school until either '92 or '94. They were the Wallace Warriors and were maroon and white (now they're the Jr. Trojans and are green/gold/white). They competed with the other two Washington County elementary schools (before rec ball leagues like the WCAA came into effect): High Point Elementary (black and yellow/bumblebees) and Valley Institute Elementary (blue and white/bulldogs). Valley Institute was the high school before they built the current John S. Battle in '59. Also, Battle's original colors were green and white. JSB's first football coach, Levi Otey, added gold in '63. They usually change between gold and yellow (I like the yellow better in some circumstances) and there's been fights for years about adding black to the colors (which I hate). They even tried silver a couple of years, but it didn't work.
Can someone please give me a rundown of what all happened in '87? I've been hearing a lot about it, people saying next season could end up like it, but I was born in '88, so I don't know anything about it. Just seems kinda weird to me that there could be replacement players or no season or whatever.
The following is a shocking, scary e-mail sent to Wisconsin GOP senators last night at around 9:30 pm, shortly after the Senate passed an anti-union bill. Not only does the e-mail threaten the senators with death, but it also vows “your familes [sic] will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.â€
Local station WTMJ in Milwaukee obtained the e-mail, and has redacted the sender’s name pending an investigation by the police (emphasis added and spelling and grammar mistakes have not been corrected):
I thought the radical left was all about peace and love and stuff.....imagine how crazy the mainstream media would be if a Tea Partier sent this thing?.....this story is far from over...
Seriously?! We're talking about union rights and money, not a freaking holocaust-like threat that needs to be put down. Whoever wrote this is insane! This whole political party split democracy crap is just going too far. It's bad enough when politicians can't agree on anything, but then psychos like this do these kinds of things. I don't really like politics or anything and so I usually just ignore them, but I have been paying attention to this because I'm studying to be a teacher and I agree wholeheartedly that teachers need to be payed/hired/fired based on merit (the only problem there is how to tell if a teacher is good or not because standardized testing is a joke). I think all this is going way too far and with this email, all that anyone is accomplishing is giving liberals, unions, and such a very bad name. It's like they're all supposedly peace loving and all for equal rights and such, but when things don't go their way, they turn into an ugly beast. It's either their way or nothing, despite all the equal rights and freedoms speeches. At least that's all I'm getting out of this.
